Le selecto : une institution dans la limonade

C'est le Coca cola algérien, une véritable institution , tout le monde connait cette bouteille rouge et son soleil généreux et à la recette bien gardée, elle est comme à l'instar de Orangina une boisson totalement crée en Algérie. On aime son gout de bonbon caramel et de pomme  qui se marie bien avec les mets servis .

Le fondateur de l'entreprise Yaoussef Hammoud ,, était aromatiseur et distillait des essences de manière traditionnelle. Il fabriquait alors artisanalement sa limonade (celle qui deviendra le Hamoud) à partir d'essence de citron dans le quartier de Belouizdad.

Les trois boissons gazeuses les plus célèbres de la marque sont  la Gazouz Blanche (limonade), présentée lors de l'expo universelle de 1889 , Selecto et Slim.

Au travers de ses acquisitions, Hamoud devient alors rapidement un acteur important du marché des eaux embouteillées au travers de Dhaya: eau de source originaire de Sidi bel Abbès, et de Alma: eau minérale dont la source est à Akbou en Kabylie.

Les jus de fruits essentiellement fabriqués dans deux sociétés partenaires (à Sétif et à Alger Eucalyptus) quant à eux sont également commercialisés sous la marque Hamoud Boualem.

Les familles Hamoud, Bensmaïne et Hafiz se sont largement impliqués lors de la guerre d'Indépendance de l'Algérie. De ce fait, lors de la vague de nationalisations des années 1960 et 1970, afin d'exprimer leur reconnaissance aux propriétaires pour leur engagement pendant la guerre, l'État algérien décide de ne nationaliser que la partie de l'entreprise dédiée aux pâtes alimentaires. Le petit fils du fondateur donne le nom Hamoud Boualem à l'entreprise et le dépose.

Boualem Hammoud a notamment participé à la construction de la Grande Mosquée de Paris, et au financement d'une mosquée à Belcourt (Alger) ainsi que d'un cimetière au Ruisseau, Belcourt (Alger).

Les héritiers possèdent aujourd'hui encore l'intégralité de l'entreprise, entièrement dédiée à la fabrication et à la distribution de boissons.

En 2013, Mohamed Réda Hammoud, reprend la Présidence et la Direction Générale de la société et continue les projets initiés au cours de ces deux dernières années. Et particulièrement le plan d'investissement pour les boissons gazeuses de 3 milliards de Dinars Algériens qui substituera progressivement l'usine du centre ville d'Alger. Cette nouvelle usine à Boufarik (Blida), est prévue pour le premier trimestre 2015.

هذا هو كوكا كولا الجزائر، وهي مؤسسة، والجميع يعرف أن زجاجة حمراء والشمس السخي وصفة حراسة جيدا، انها مثل مثل أورانجينا خلق تماما في الشراب الجزائر. نحن نحب الكراميل حلوى التفاح نكهة وسارت الامور بشكل جيد مع أطباق خدم.



وكان مؤسس شركة aromatizer Yaoussef حمود ،، وتقطير الجواهر من الطريقة التقليدية. وكان مما الحرفيين عصير الليمون له (واحد من شأنها أن تصبح حمود) من الليمون جوهر في حي بلوزداد.



الأكثر شهرة العلامة التجارية المشروبات الغازية الثلاثة هي Gazouz بلانش (عصير الليمون)، التي عرضت في معرض اكسبو العالمى عام 1889، Selecto وسليم.



من خلال الاستحواذات، حمود سرعان ما يصبح لاعبا رئيسيا في سوق المياه المعبأة في زجاجات من خلال dhaya: نبع الماء من سيدي بلعباس، وألما المياه المعدنية مصدرها غير أقبو في منطقة القبائل.



ويتم تسويق عصائر الفاكهة المصنعة في المقام الأول في شركتين شريك (في سطيف والجزائر العاصمة الأوكالبتوس) من جانبهم أيضا تحت العلامة التجارية حمود بوعلام.



كانت الأسر حمود Bensmaïne وحافظ المشاركة بكثافة في حرب الاستقلال الجزائرية. لذلك، عندما موجة التأميم من 1960s و 1970s، للتعبير عن امتنانهم لأصحاب لالتزامهم أثناء الحرب، قررت الحكومة الجزائرية لتأميم القسم الشركة مخصص لالمعكرونة . ويذكر ابن مؤسس حمود بوعلام يعطي اسم للشركة وتقديم ذلك.



وقد شاركت بوعلام حمود في بناء الجامع الكبير في باريس، وتمويل مسجد في بلكور (الجزائر العاصمة)، وكذلك مقبرة كريك، بلكور (الجزائر العاصمة).



ورثة لا تزال تملك الشركة بأكملها مخصصة بالكامل لتصنيع وتوزيع المشروبات.



في عام 2013، محمد رضا حمود يتولى رئاسة الجمهورية والمديرية العامة للشركة ومواصلة المشاريع التي بدأت خلال العامين الماضيين. ولا سيما الخطة الاستثمارية للمشروبات الغازية استبدال 3 مليارات دينار جزائري تدريجيا المصنع من وسط مدينة الجزائر العاصمة. المصنع الجديد في بوفاريك (البليدة)، ومن المقرر خلال الربع الأول عام 2015.

The selecto an institution in lemonade

This is the Coca Cola Algeria, an institution, everyone knows that red bottle and generous sun and well-guarded recipe, it's like like Orangina totally created in Algeria drink. We love the caramel candy apple flavor and goes well with the dishes served.



The company founder was aromatizer Yaoussef Hammoud ,, and distilled essences of traditional way. He was making his lemonade craftsmen (the one that will become the Hamoud) from lemon essence in the district of Belouizdad.
