L'Algérie au salon international de l'agriculture 2024

A l'approche de la fermeture , nouvelle visite au hall 5 portant sur les produits d'agriculture du monde .
Questions légumes,  le groupe Yahraiui présente des poivrons, piment vert, haricot vert   aubergine , melon jaune et ses magnifiques tomates au vertus gustatives extraordinaires  provenant d'une ville oasis dont la renommée dépasse les frontières de l'Algérie. La CATM propose également de pommes  nectarines,  raisins, abricots et prunes provenant des terres fertiles de Alger, Chlef, Sidi Bel Abbes .
Une grande nouveauté au pavillon de cette nouvelle édition du SIA au pavillon  algérien : le fameux safran Bladi qui a reçu les autorisations sanitaires des laboratoires d'analyses certifiant la qualité premium du produit . L'or rouge de l'Alugérie est d'une qualité excellente commence à devenir la vedette à côté des huiles d'olives,  dattes et figues qui s'arrachent avec  un nombre de visiteurs  qui font leurs emplettes pour des produits authentiques et délicieux.  A l'instar de la  conserverie Thala qui vient de recevoir  au salon  de l’agriculture le prix  du coup de cœur  2024 pour sa salade Mechouya cuite au feux de bois piment , coriandre  . Sans oublier son excellent presto . En montant une deuxième ligne de production il proposera prochainement une recette avec de l'artichaut.

حداثة كبيرة في جناح هذه الطبعة الجديدة من SIA في الجناح الجزائري: الزعفران البلادي الشهير الذي حصل على تراخيص صحية من مختبرات التحليل التي تثبت الجودة العالية للمنتج. يتميز الذهب الأحمر في الجزائر بجودة ممتازة وقد بدأ يصبح النجم إلى جانب زيوت الزيتون والتمر والتين التي يقتنصها عدد من الزوار الذين يتسوقون لشراء منتجات أصيلة ولذيذة. مثل مصنع تالا للتعليب الذي حصل للتو على الجائزة المفضلة لعام 2024 في المعرض الزراعي عن سلطة المشوية المطبوخة على نار الحطب والفلفل والكزبرة. دون أن ننسى المعزوفة ممتازة. ومن خلال إنشاء خط إنتاج ثانٍ، سيقدم قريبًا وصفة للخرشوف.
