La wilaya d'El Bayadh ولاية البيض , est une wilaya algérienne située à l'ouest du pays.
La wilaya d'El Bayadh est délimitée :
au nord, par les wilayas de Saïda et de Tiaret ;à l'est, par les wilayas de Laghouat et de Ghardaïa ;
au sud-est, par la wilaya d'Adrar ;
au sud-ouest, par la wilaya de Béchar ;à l'ouest, par la wilaya de Naâma ;au nord-ouest, par la wilaya de Sidi Bel Abbès.

La wilaya d'El Bayadh fait partie intégrante de la région des Haute Plaines steppiques du Sud-Ouest algérien.

La wilaya d'El Bayadh compte vingt-deux communes.

Cette DSP prend en charge les hôpitaux et autres structures sanitaires, ainsi que le personnel de la santé, dans les deux secteurs public et privé.

Les structures hospitalières dans cette wilaya font partie des hôpitaux en Algérie qui sont rattachés au Ministère de la Santé, de la Population et de la Réforme hospitalière en Algérie

Cette DSP gère les établissements hospitaliers suivants:

Hôpital d'El Bayadh.
Hôpital d'El Abiodh Sidi Cheikh.
Hôpital de Bougtob.
Pour une population de 200 000 habitants.

من الشمال محافظتي صيدا وتيارت، إلى الشرق من ولاية الأغواط وغرداية.
الجنوب الشرقي من ولاية أدرار.
جنوب غرب من خلال المحافظة بشار، ومن الغرب محافظة نعمة، شمال غرب، من ولاية سيدي بلعباس.

ولاية البياض هي جزء من منطقة السهوب العليا سهول جنوب غرب الجزائر.

احتلت مركز الوالي في ولاية البياض من قبل العديد من السياسيين الوطنيين
ولاية البياض واثنين وعشرين المدن.
