Le Salon immobilier algérien à Paris

Un salon pas comme un autre vient de fermer ses portes cette semaine ,c'est le salon de l'immobilier algérien à Paris à l'espace Charenton présente une bonne série  de stands de promoteurs immobilier, proposant leurs nouveautés sur Oran , Tiemcen et surtout Alger , dans le quartier de Cheraga, Ruisseau... 
Ces réalisations sont de haut standing   prix plancher 1 milliard de dinars algérien.  Autrement dit un segment de marché pour une diaspora française de cadre supérieur.  Difficile de trouver moins chère et moins chic . En Même temps cela permet de découvrir le milieu de la spéculation immobilière à l'instar de Dubai. 
Il n'en reste pas moins que ce salon existe aussi au Canada à Montréal  et que les prestations immobilières sont du mêle niveau occidental.  Finalement ce salon ne manque pas de charme et d'intérêt.
