L'Algérie est un pays du Maghreb.

L'Algérie est membre de l'Union africaine et de la Ligue arabe depuis pratiquement son indépendance, elle a aussi contribué en 1988 à la création de l'Union du Maghreb arabe (UMA). Sa capitale se nomme Alger, elle est située à l'extrême nord du pays. De par sa richesse de son histoire, de sa culture, L"Algérie est considéré comme un des pays les plus dynamiques dans différents domaines.

Deuxième pays d'Afrique par sa superficie, l'Algérie est bordée au nord par la mer Méditerranée, elle partage également des frontières terrestres avec la Tunisie au nord-est, la Libye à l'est, le Niger au sud-est, le Sahara Occidental, la Mauritanie, le Mali au sud-ouest, et enfin le Maroc à l'ouest.

Constitutionnellement, l'Algérie se définit en tant que pays arabe, berbère (amazigh) et musulman.

الجزائر هي عضو في الاتحاد الأفريقي وجامعة الدول العربية لما يقرب من استقلالها، فإنه ساهم أيضا في عام 1988 إلى إنشاء اتحاد المغرب العربي (اتحاد المغرب العربي). يقع يسمى الجزائر عاصمة لها، في أقصى الشمال. بسبب تاريخها الغني، والثقافة، L "تعتبر الجزائر واحدة من البلدان الأكثر ديناميكية في مختلف المجالات.

البلد الإفريقي الثاني من حيث المساحة، وتحدها الجزائر من الشمال البحر الأبيض المتوسط، الذي تشترك فيه أيضا الحدود البرية مع تونس في شمال شرق البلاد، ليبيا في الشرق والنيجر إلى الجنوب الشرقي، الصحراء الغربية وموريتانيا ومالي إلى الجنوب الغربي، وأخيرا المغرب في الغرب.

دستوريا، ويعرف الجزائر باعتبارها دولة عربية، البربرية (الأمازيغية) ومسلم.

Algeria is a member of the African Union and the Arab League for almost its independence, it also contributed in 1988 to the creation of the Arab Maghreb Union (AMU). Its capital is called Algiers, is located in the far north. Because of its rich history, culture, L "Algeria is considered one of the most dynamic countries in various fields.

Second African country by area, Algeria is bordered to the north by the Mediterranean Sea, it also shares land borders with Tunisia in the northeast, Libya in the east, Niger to the south-east, western Sahara, Mauritania, Mali to the southwest, and finally Morocco in the west.

Constitutionally, Algeria is defined as an Arab country, Berber (Amazigh) and Muslim.
