Nous pouvons remarquer que cette revision parle de la parité homme femme et de l'émancipation de celle ci, de l'application d'une certaine ethique dans la vie politique, la limitation a deux mandats, de nombreux articles portent l'équilibre des pouvoirs et à la separation de ceux ci, symbolisant l'enracinement dans le modele institutionel democratique, si cher à Monsieur Montesqieu. The Algeria: towards a new constitution?



At the time, we wrote this article on Constitutional revision, many political parties are consulted.
