Lors d’une visite au port de pêche d’Alger le ministre a précisé que "30 poissonneries sont prévues dans les cinq prochaines années le long du littoral afin d’organiser le circuit de commercialisation des produits de la pêche" affirmant que le plan quinquennal 2015/2019 vise, entre autres, le doublement de la production par le recours à l’aquaculture.
