Archterre: une vitrine du génie architectural algerien

La ministre de la Culture, Mme Khalida Toumi, a procédé, à l’inauguration officielle à la salle Cosmos de Riadh El Feth du festival « Archi’Terre » qui ouvre, aujourd’hui, ses portes au public de l’Ecole polytechnique d’architecture et d’urbanisme jusqu’au 24 avril. Dans son allocution d’ouverture, la ministre a. mis l’accent à l’adresse des nombreux étudiants sur la nécessité de sauvegarder le patrimoine architectural en insistant sur le fait que ce dernier est le produit du génie constructif du peuple algérien qui donne à nos villes et village une identité visuelle à savoir leur algérianité : « Ils doivent impérativement s’imprégner dans leur travail de création architecturale de cette leçon magistrale d’architecture que constitue notre patrimoine », a-t-elle souligné avant d’ajouter : « Ils sont les futurs acteurs de la préservation de notre patrimoine et nous comptons sur eux pour œuvrer , architectes et ingénieurs et décideurs, à le transmettre aux générations à venir » faisant référence à nos anciennes maisons en terre dont la construction témoigne encore de l’intelligence de la construction architecturale de l’humanité. L’importance constructive des cultures nées de l’emploi de ce matériau a poussé les pouvoirs publics et les professionnels du monde entier à ériger ces architectures au rang de patrimoine de l’humanité. Si l’enjeu de la sauvegarde du patrimoine architectural est éminemment culturel, il a pour objectif premier la préservation de la diversité de nos identités , l’architecture, son enjeu est la relance de l’emploi des matériaux locaux par lequel passe nécessairement la protection de ce patrimoine, et est donc éminemment économique, il est à l’économie verte qui assure le bien-être des hommes », la progression des matériaux industriels qui a poussé à la standardisation de la production architecturale mondiale depuis la seconde moitié du 20e siècle et induit de ce fait une dévalorisation des architectures traditionnelles qui utilisaient la terre crue pour les constructions. Et qui a fait ces preuves depuis des temps immémoraux. C’est l’une des raisons qui a obligé les principaux intéressés à mettre en œuvre une stratégie de sauvegarde du patrimoine bâti en terre confiée à un établissement public nouvellement créé : le centre « CAP Terre » chargé d’institutionnali le festival

Archterre : a showcase of architectural genius Algerian

افتتح وزير الثقافة خليدة التومي ، وهي عملية رسميا الغرفة كوزموس رياض Feth من " Archi'Terre " المهرجان يفتح اليوم أبوابه للجمهور في كلية الفنون التطبيقية من الهندسة المعمارية و التخطيط الحضري حتى 24 ابريل.



في ملاحظاته الافتتاحية، وزير . وأكد في العديد من الطلاب على ضرورة الحفاظ على التراث المعماري في مصرا على أنه هو نتاج عبقرية البناء لل شعب الجزائري الذي يعطي مدننا وقرانا هوية بصرية وهذا هو Algerianism بهم " ، ويجب أن نقع دائما في عملهم التصميم المعماري من هذا الدرس بارع في العمارة التي هي تراثنا " ، مضيفة : " هم لاعبين في المستقبل للحفاظ على تراثنا و نحن نعتمد عليها للعمل ، والمهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين وصناع القرار على أن ننقل إلى الأجيال المقبلة "، مشيرا إلى بيوتنا الطين القديم الذي يعكس أيضا فهم البناء المعماري للبشرية البناء.



وقد دفعت أهمية الثقافات البناءة التي تنشأ عن استخدام هذه المواد الحكومات والمهنيين في جميع أنحاء العالم لبناء هذه البنى إلى رتبة التراث.
